March 21, 2008 - (The Woodlands, TX) Sportscapers of Texas has been retained by The Legends Sports Complex to build three (3) practice baseball fields and one softball field. Construction will start on April 1, 2008 and be completed within 14 days. The Legends Sports Complex is a state of the art training facility located in The Woodlands, TX. Phase II of construction will include building six (6) additional outdoor Batting Cages and a full-sized Tennis and Basketball Court. Sportscapers will handle all aspects of the construction of these outdoor amenities.
 

March 12, 2008 - (Pearland, TX) Sportscapers of Texas has been retained by LSC Contractors Boulder Creek, L.C. to develop the recreational areas for the Park Avenue at Boulder Creek. Under the terms of this deal, Sportscapers will manage the construction of recreational amenities for the complex that include the five (5) custom Shade Structures for the Swimming Pool area and Sand Volleyball Courts. Construction starts in April and will conclude in July of 2008.
 

February 13, 2008 - (Scottsdale, AZ) Sportscapers of Texas receives the Indoor Project of the Year Award from Rhino Sports Inc. for the Spring High School Auxiliary Gym renovation. Leslie Thompson accepted the award from John Shaffer, President of Rhino Sports Inc. for the best project of the Indoor Project of the Year out of more than fifty entries nationwide.
 

February 8, 2008 - Sportscapers of Texas will be opening their second retail location located at 18316 Tomball Parkway, Houston, TX 77070. This is a 3/4 Acre Lot that fronts Highway 249 just north of FM 1960. We expect to be open by the end of February and have an official Grand Opening by the end of March.
 

(Spring, TX) - Sportscapers of Texas was awarded the bid to complete the renovation of the Spring HS gymnasium Floor. This renovation will take place over the Christmas break. Students will return to school on January 3, 2008 to discover a 10,000 sq. ft. Rhino Sports floor covering their old floor. Jeff Windsor, Architect for Spring ISD recommend Sportscapers of Texas to the Board of Trustees as the company to use for this renovation.
 

(Houston, TX) - Sportscapers of Texas has been retained by Chancellor Construction to design and build a 1,800 square foot Putting Green for the Sedona Luxury Apartments near Bissonet and 610. This Putting Green will be built on the six floor of this complex and will be the center piece of the courtyard that will also feature a pool, sundeck and grilling area.
 

(Houston, TX) - Sportscapers of Texas has been retained by Mike and Angela James to complete the recreational amenities at their new home on East Rivercrest. This Houston Rocket and his family selected Sportscapers for Texas because of their attention to detail and ability to handle all their recreational needs. Their new home will feature two 2,000 sq. ft. Putting Greens, 10,000 sq. ft. Gymnasium to house a NBA Regulation sized Basketball Court complete with Bleachers, Scoreboards, Weight Room, Aerobics Room and Aqua Therapy Room. Sportscapers of Texas will also design and build an outdoor 1,500 play area for their your kids. This area will feature the one of the largest Backyard Adventure playset offered along with a custom fall surface. The James Family’s Dream Home is scheduled to be completed by January 2008.
 

(Katy, TX) – Sportscapers has been commissioned by the City of Katy Parks Department to renovate the VFW Park located on Avenue D. This renovation will take place over the next 11 months and will include the renovation of two (2) Baseball Fields, two (2) Little League Fields and six (6) Tennis Courts and resurfacing the Basketball Court. During this renovation, Sportscapers will also improve the overall drainage of the park and add new fencing on all fields.
 
This park has not received a major renovation in more than 20 years so the community is anxiously the completion. Phase I of this renovation will start in November. During this phase, two (2) Baseball Fields will receive a total face-lift. Phase II is planned to start in March 2008 and concluded around May. Under this phase Sportscapers will renovate the Little League fields within the park. Finally, the Parks Department is hoping to complete the tennis courts and basketball courts by Summer 2008.
 

(New Orleans, LA) - Sportscapers has signed a letter of intent with APM Construction Managers to construct a Basketball Court and Sand Volleyball Court at Bell Chase Naval Base in New Orleans, LA.. Construction is scheduled to start in November 2007 and conclude February 2008.
 

(Houston, TX) Sportscapers was retained to assist Westside Tennis Club in the renovation of their Kid’s Fun Zone. Under this deal, Sportscapers construction an indoor driving range with four driving stations, an outdoor 2,650 sq. ft. Putting Green and indoor full size Basketball Court enclosed with a Dasher Board system.
 
Westside Tennis Club is located at 1200 Wilcrest, Houston, TX and is home of the Wranglers Professional Tennis Team and former home of the Houston Rockets practice facility.
 

(College Station, TX) Sportscapers was retained by Dovetail Builders to build the Sports amentities for The Woodlands at College Station. Under this deal, Sportscapers built a regulation Tennis Court, regulation Basketball Court, 2,100 sq. ft. Putting Green with Sandtrap and Sand Volleyball Court. This property is scheduled to open August 1, 2007.

(Houston, TX) The Fairfield Athletic Club selects Sportscapers renovate their Community Center Gymnasium. Fairfield Athletic Center is the hub of athletics for the Community of Fairfield located in the far Northwest quadrant of Harris County. As a part of the renovation, Sportscapers will add four (4) Rhino Sports Predator Height Adjustable Basketball Goals in the main Gym to allow for more competitive play for youths between the ages of 6 to 8 years of age. Jeff Mameaux, Direcor of Basketball and his committee selected Sportscapers due to their responsiveness and quality of work demonstrated on other similar projects. Renovations will take place this summer between the June 20th – July 6th.
