April 22, 2010 - (Sugarland, TX) Sportscapers is retained by Fort Bend Baptist Academy to renovate their competition Football Field. Construction starts May 8, 2010. Sportscapers will install a Fieldturf field that will allow unlimited usage. The field will be marked for football and soccer and will provide a great new chapter in sports for the Eagle family.

May 1, 2010 - (Cypress, TX) Sportscapers is retained by the Texas Tornados Training facility to provide updates to their training facility. Sportscapers will install two (2) Ceiling Mounted Basketball Goals and Three (3) Sand Volleyball Courts.
 
May 8, 2010 – (Houston, TX) Sportscapers is retained by Texas Pride Sports Center. This new 78,000 sq. ft. Sports facility will be located on Hwy 290 on the outbound feeder road between Eldridge and Hwy 6. Sportscapers will install more than 32,000 sq. ft. of Wood Floors for the Eight (8) Volleyball Courts and Three (3) Basketball Courts.
 
January 2010 - (Houston, TX) – Sportscapers Inc. was retained by Chevrolet and Paydirt Pictures to build out the set for their Chevy Commercial that will air during the upcoming winter Olympics. Under this arrangement, Sportscapers provide Construction Services and Casting Services for this nationally aired commercial. This commercial will feature the new Chevy 1500 Silverado. The backdrop is downtown Houston. In three days, Sportscapers built a Little League Baseball Field complete with Fencing, Lights, Dugouts and Bleachers. The entire cast for the commercial is staff and employees for Sportscapers Inc..

January 2010 - (Katy, TX) – (January 2010) – Sportscapers Inc. was retained by MTV Teen Cribs to feature a client whose home exemplifies what we do. After searching thru more the 1,000 files of projects we’ve done from clients over the past 10 years, the home of Daryn and Robin Ebrecht emerged as the winner! Daryn became a client of Sportscapers back in 2003 when we build a Baseball Complex, Basketball Court and Putting Green for his corporate offices located on Katy-Hockley Road. Since then we have build a 7 on 7 Football Field with “Fieldturf” and Lights for night time play. The Ebrecht's have three Boy's ranging from High School to Elementary. They love Baseball and Football. MTV Teen Cribs will feature the Ebrecht's home in the Spring 2010. Sportscapers Inc. was proud to be selected as one of the nation’s premier Sports Constructions Firms by MTV. We are even more proud to have clients like the Ebrechts!
 

September 4, 2009 - (Dallas, TX) – Sportscapers Inc. has opened an office in the DFW market. With increased calls and projects coming from this area, Sportscapers has brought on Ian Gaines as General Manager of the DFW market. Ian will oversee both Sportscapers Construction and Sportscapers University business units in this market. Ian Gaines comes to Sportscapers with a wealth of experience. Ian graduated and played football at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. A native of Denton, TX, Ian Gaines has established relationships in community. With the DFW office now open, this will allow us to better serve our Landscape Architect and Architect partners who have major projects under development throughout the state.
 
September 1st, 2009 - ( Houston , TX ) Sportscapers has been retained by Kinkaid High School to construct their Shade Structures for the newly built turf soccer field. Construction will begin immediately and completion is anticipated by October. These three structures will provide needed coverage from direct sunlight for both players and scorekeepers in the pressbox.
 
May 2009 - Sportscapers was to renovate the Cotton USA baseball field at the Company's World Headquarters. The field now has a new Fieldturf infield and is only the second complex in the greater Houston area to have a Fieldturf Infield.
 
November 17, 2008 - (Manvel, TX) – Sportscapers Inc was retained by Cobblestone Apartments to build their recreational park that includes sitting areas, Shade Structures, and a walking track.
 
October 3, 2008 - (Galveston, TX) – Sportscapers partners with Cotton USA to renovate the Galveston ISD Baseball and Softball Field complex. This project was totally under water and had four feet of debris on the fields. Sportscapers managed the removal of all debris and restoration of the fences, backstops and turf.
 
September 28, 2008 (Bolivar Island, TX) – Sportscapers partners with Cottonwood Debris Company to clean up City Hall and City Park on Bolivar Island. This area received 14ft of water and had 10ft of debris left on the Park and Pavilion area. Sportscapers completed the clean up within 14 days.
 
September 12, 2008 - (Galveston, TX) – Sportscapers partners with Cottonwood Debris Company to clean up all forty-eight campuses for Clear Creek ISD after Hurricane IKE. Sportscapers managed seventy-eight crews and worked twelve hour shifts seven days a week to get things back in order. According to Rod Thompson, “assisting in this clean-up effort was one of the best experiences of my life”. “It was truly an honor to serve the community after the storm that disrupted so many people lives”.
 

August 15, 2008 - (Houston, TX) Sportscapers is retained by Harris County Housing Authority to build a multi-hole (6,000 sq. ft.) Putt-Putt course at Magnolia Estates. Magnolia Estates is a senior citizen community in East Houston near Normandy and Wallisville Road.
 
May 20, 2008 - (The Woodlands, TX) Sportscapers is retained by Colorado Structures Inc. to manage the Landscaping and Sporting Equipment related to Villa Sports. Villa Sports & Spa (www.villasport.com) is a premiere Sports Faciltiy and Spa specializing in Aquatics and Kids Recreational Amentities. Scheduled to open in the Spring 2009, Sportscapers is excited to be a part of the project.
 
May 7, 2008 - (Houston, TX) Sportscapers is retained by Houston Sportsplex (www.houstonsportsplex.com) to build four football fields. Houston Sportsplex is Houston's premiere Softball Field and Soccer Complex. Located off South Main, Houston Sportsplex is one of Houston's oldest and most recognized Sports Complex.
 
March 21, 2008 - (The Woodlands, TX) Sportscapers of Texas has been retained by The Legends Sports Complex to build three (3) practice baseball fields and one softball field. Construction will start on April 1, 2008 and be completed within 14 days. The Legends Sports Complex is a state of the art training facility located in The Woodlands, TX. Phase II of construction will include building six (6) additional outdoor Batting Cages and a full-sized Tennis and Basketball Court. Sportscapers will handle all aspects of the construction of these outdoor amenities.
 

March 12, 2008 - (Pearland, TX) Sportscapers of Texas has been retained by LSC Contractors Boulder Creek, L.C. to develop the recreational areas for the Park Avenue at Boulder Creek. Under the terms of this deal, Sportscapers will manage the construction of recreational amenities for the complex that include the five (5) custom Shade Structures for the Swimming Pool area and Sand Volleyball Courts. Construction starts in April and will conclude in July of 2008.
 
February 13, 2008 - (Scottsdale, AZ) Sportscapers of Texas receives the Indoor Project of the Year Award from Rhino Sports Inc. for the Spring High School Auxiliary Gym renovation. Leslie Thompson accepted the award from John Shaffer, President of Rhino Sports Inc. for the best project of the Indoor Project of the Year out of more than fifty entries nationwide.
 
February 8, 2007 - February 8, 2008 - Sportscapers of Texas will be opening their second retail location located at 18316 Tomball Parkway, Houston, TX 77070. This is a 3/4 Acre Lot that fronts Highway 249 just north of FM 1960. We expect to be open by the end of February and have an official Grand Opening by the end of March.
 
December 15, 2007 - (Spring, TX) - Sportscapers of Texas was awarded the bid to complete the renovation of the Spring HS gymnasium Floor. This renovation will take place over the Christmas break. Students will return to school on January 3, 2008 to discover a 10,000 sq. ft. Rhino Sports floor covering their old floor. Jeff Windsor, Architect for Spring ISD recommend Sportscapers of Texas to the Board of Trustees as the company to use for this renovation.
 
December 1, 2007 - (Houston, TX) - Sportscapers of Texas has been retained by Chancellor Construction to design and build a 1,800 square foot Putting Green for the Sedona Luxury Apartments near Bissonet and 610. This Putting Green will be built on the six floor of this complex and will be the center piece of the courtyard that will also feature a pool, sundeck and grilling area.
